Single-Use TPAKs: Disposable NLTA cartridge that comes prefilled with 30 rounds and 16g of CO2. Start using the system immediately, and maximize the amount of time available for training.
TPAK Re-Stacks: Refillable NLTA cartridges that can be refilled up to 10 times by refilling it at the user level. Train at the lowest cost per round while harnessing the benefits of a purpose-built training system.
TPAK Cartridges
Our patented single-use TPAKs are pre-loaded cartridges containing CO2 and 30 non-lethal rounds. They come in three types: non-marking, marking, and blanks.
- Blank TPAKs:Â Provides realistic recoil for dry fire, simulated training, or introducing new users.
- Non-Marking TPAKs:Â This is a hard plastic BB, best suited for marksmanship training or longer distance force-on-force shots.
- Marking TPAKs:Â Available in four colors, this is a paint-filled BB, best suited for close force-on-force engagements.
All marking and non-marking rounds are 100% biodegradable, lead-free, brass-free, and do not contain primer. Customers can train with single-use TPAKs as low as $0.06 per round.

TPAK Re-Stacks
For customers who want to train at the lowest cost possible, the TPAK Re-Stack is the best option. Train with non-marking rounds as low as $0.06, and markers as low as $0.13.
When purchasing TPAK Re-Stacks, customers will receive one pre-filled 30-round TPAK, and nine additional 30-round Re-Stack Tubes. Each TPAK is certified for up to 10 total uses under normal training conditions.Â
In order to re-fill the TPAK, customers must use the TPAK Re-Stack Assembly Kit. This kit will provide the user with the tools and equipment to continuously refill their TPAKs through the life of ownership of the UNIT4 Rifle.

How To Refill The TPAK Re-Stack:
Step One:
Place the Re-Stack Rod into the hole in the TPAK Assembly Tray.
Step Two:
Turn the TPAK upside down and index the Re-Stack rod with the tip of the follower. Push the TPAK downward until the spring is fully compressed.
Step Three:
Insert the pin through the hole in the back of the TPAK and through the hole in the follower until it comes out the other side of the TPAK.
Pro Tip:
You may need to work the spring up and down a bit to get the follower hole lined up precisely to slot the pin through. Keep the pin perpendicular to the TPAK for easiest insertion.
Step Four:
Place the TPAK into the TPAK holder and replace the CO2 cylinder.
Step Five:
Remove one cap from the Re-Stack tube and replace it with the TPAK Adapter.
Step Six:
Carefully install the TPAK Adapter onto the top of the TPAK.
Step Seven:
Insert the Re-Stack Rod through the hole in the TPAK Adapter to push each round into the TPAK. Keep the rod perpendicular to reduce the risk of puncturing a round.
Complete:
The TPAK is now re-filled with fresh CO2 and 30 rounds. Be sure to keep the pin installed until you are ready to train so the rounds are not under the tension of the spring. Additional pins can be purchased to stage multiple TPAKs at once.
